Recruitment is selective by design. Every candidate enters through Discord, completes community onboarding, and is reviewed by a BOS recruiter.
From Candidate to Syndicate
Your application and status remain organized inside Discord from first contact through the final decision.

Enter the official community and complete the server-access onboarding process.
- 02Submit Your Alliance Application
Once verified, use the Apply to BOS channel. CONManager attaches your available player profile for review.
- 03Recruiter Review and Tryout
An assigned recruiter contacts you, discusses your experience, and coordinates a tryout game.
- 04Receive the Decision
After evaluation, the recruitment team records and delivers the final alliance decision.
